NOTICE OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 258 of Local Government Regulation 2012 that a Special Meeting of Council will be held Tuesday, 28th February 2023 in the Civic and Community Enterprise Centre Boardroom, 49 Stockyard Street, Cunnamulla commencing at 3:00pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

  • endorse the Local Housing Action Plan, and
  • endorse the proposed 4-year TIDS program, and
  • endorse issuing of Penalty Infringement Notices for offences committed under the Planning Act 2016, Building Act 1975, Plumbing and Drainage Act 2018 and Plumbing and Drainage Regulation 2019. This matter will be discussed in confidence.
