Invitation for Expressions of Interest

Yapunyah Lodge Aged/Disability Care Facility

Paroo Shire Council is calling for aged/disability care providers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to operate and maintain Yapunyah Lodge as a lessee located at 7 Beardmore St, Cunnamulla QLD 4490.

Council is seeking Expressions of Interest before inviting written tenders, wishing to identify the facility options available from potential tenderers prior to making any commitment.

EOI Interest must address several evaluation criteria with weighting given in Quality Management, Safety Management and Financial Capacity.

  • Experienced as aged/disability care providers
  • Accreditation
  • Evidence of financial stability or backing
  • Outline of plan for facility
  • Referees

Applications to be submitted via email to CEO@Paroo.qld.gov.au by 5.00pm Friday 30th June 2023.
