Flood Alert - 10th April 2024

It is expected the flood peak in the Warrego River at Cunnamulla will reach around 10m by Friday morning.

Whilst the river is at major flood levels, some roads within the Paroo Shire may be cut by flood waters and travellers are reminded not to use alternate and unfamiliar roads.

Travellers and residents on properties that could be isolated should ensure they have sufficient fuel, water and supplies including any essential medications. For the latest information on road conditions please contact 131940 or qldtraffic.qld.gov.au.
