Request to conserve water in Cunnamulla

The operation of the Cunnamulla town bores is currently being managed manually. As a safety measure, limited water is being pumped to avoid any overflow whilst the stormwater outlets are closed due to current flood levels in the Warrego River.

During this period residents are requested to conserve water where possible and limit sprinkler use.

These precautions will continue until the flood water passes Cunnamulla and the stormwater outlets are re-opened.
